Enjoyed the corn bread. Found the pork chop a bit rare for my northern taste and the Fried Chicken was perfect, but not special in any way. Also, only one piece of chicken? Are they kidding? - - - This is the South - - - not a French restaurant with tiny portions.
The green fried tomatoes, the buttermilk fried chicken and the pecan pie with ice-cream were all superlative. The fried chicken was the best I have ever had. The service was excellent. However, as others have pointed out, it is quite noisy. I will go back again (just around the corner from the Atlantic Symphony).

Great food, great atmosphere. Pricey but worth it for the experience!
few things can beat the fried chicken and the southern porch
Always a favorite with good seasonal changes to the menu.
