Much improved as of late. Growing up, this was a good pub food location. When I turned 21, it was decent beer. For a while it went downhill, with awful beer and mediocre food at best. I moved back to Fairfield recently and gave it another shot. The beer is excellent, and I just came from New Mexico and San Diego craft beer locations. SBC could hold their own in both places. Aim for a burger & beer experience and you will be very happy.

Great array of beers to choose from. Food is nothing to write home about. Casual atmosphere. Nice family restaurant.
