Went there with my sister and her boyfriend as they were going to attend a FOX event. The place was not that packed, however, it was unbelievable how the servers, hostess and bartender could not deal with the stress or people wanted to be served. We never got sat at a table as the hostess disappeared into the back never to return. The bartender was rude and refused to look at any of the partrons in the eye in case they might ask him for a drink. The wait staff could be heard openly wishing "they" (all the customers) "would just leave."
