A pleasant hotel dining room with of all things good food and service at a reasonable price.

Located in the Back Bay neighborhood not far from the John Hancock Tower, Stanhope Grill offers tantalizing steak and pasta dishes. Outdoor dining is a plus below busy Clarendon St. The lighting and decor were very tasteful, however service was slow (we had to refill our own water glasses with an abandoned pitcher). Food was good, albeit it came out cold. Would recommend for quick drinks only.

I had really looked forward to eating at the Stanhope Grille & was not disappointed. The decor was very nice & food was excellent.

A pleasant experrience in a well appointed room. The noise level was good and a conversation was possible, but it was not a full room, only about 1/4 fulll. Menu was varied, service was very attentive.
