Everything about The Steakhouse is slipping. Steak came over cooked with a not seared exterior. Difficult to accomplish over 1200 degree hot coals except the coals were not stoked and the steak was off to the side. I watched attentively since the wine I ordered took 1/2 hour to arrive and I was searching for my waitress busy with a table of Asian visitors who got all of her attention. I had to leave my table and go get her. The manager appeared only after the meal had ended. Their famous blue cheese dressing did not nap the salad but thoroughly draped it. More is not better when mediocre.

Not a see & be seen scene. Like stepping into a time warp, but in a good way! Huge steaks (mine was a little over-cooked). Great wait staff made our first visit feel like we were frequent customers. Black bean soup & blue cheese dressing were hits. Great value! Hated walking through Circus Circus to get there, but from inside the restaurant, you'd never know where you are.

We loved this place . The steaks and desserts were delicious. The atmosphere is really old school Vegas. The host there was really nice too.

This is the best steakhouse in Las Vegas regardless of price.

Food is excellent. The steak was well cooked and presented, and the garlic prawns were divine, well worth the garlic breath. Decor is quite dated, and may not appeal to all, but the food is all that it's supposed to be.
