raised from brood stock of true wild russian osetra sturgeons, these eggs are dark blonde large grain pearls with a firm texture and a creamy finish similar to beluga caviar
this osetra is the first true russian sturgeon caviar to be successfully cultivated in germany. it is light in color and has a delicious nutty flavor.
