My wife and I had dinner here. She enjoyed the food, but I was expecting much more flavor from the food. I was not too impressed. Not a horable place to eat, but I expected much more based off the reputation of Stephan Pyles.
A real treat. In town on business, great service, great creativity with meals. Had a green salad with five different oils, three different salts, halibut with octopus (and chorizo), and even the chocolates left with the check were provided with a good deal of thought (one was filled with Nutella!).
I'm so over the "vibrant" scene. (read headache-inducing noise). Food is fussy, and capers on my fish made it almost inedibly salty.
