My prime porterhouse was undercooked and flavorless and the the only marbling was a strange preponderance of gristle. By the time the server returned, I asked him to just box up the steak now sitting mid-table. Apparently he was too busy trying to sell me coffee, dessert or a cordial to notice my red, splayed open uneaten steak, for he made no comment. Easily the worst "prime" steak i have ever had. Costco prime blows this away.

Unimpressive. The Zagat review bore no relationship to our experience. The meat was poor, comparing unfavorably to mid-range, family steak restaurants like Outback. DFW has a number of great steak places. This is not one of them.

"This excellant surf & turf restaurant is superb. The appetizers, entree's and deserts are super. We had both the fillet and the lobster, and both were exempelary. Highly reccommend."
