The food was good but not spectacular. The service was uneven. Had a party of eight, large gap between appetizers and entree. One meal was served 5 to 10 minutes after other seven served. Prime rib was served rare when ordered medium. Double espresso served cold, had to send back. Good wine list. Would not return on my own but would go again if invited.

Upscaled from North End at the Seaport, some tables with an across-the-street water view. Nice vibe blend of chic trattoria cum uber sports bar with wall to wall TVs at the bar and a few blending into the main dining room. Great place to take your spouse out while peeking at the game! Nicely turned diverse beyond-just-red-gravy Italian with highly professional service. Enjoyed the famous veal and mushroom meatball with a spicy red sauce.

Overall, the decor is nice, wine list is impressive and service was good. However, I could not believe I paid $42 for a chilean sea bass and the food runner came to the table and auctioned off my food!? There were only two of us eating and when you are paying that much for an entree, the food runner should know who ordered which entree . C'mon guys, this isn't Chili's or TGIF's! Use seat numbers!!

Love it! And it has this fabulous atmosphere where everyone is having fun and the food is wonderful. Have rented their private room several times and it has worked out beautifully. Attentive and nice service, yummy food comes out from the kitchen nice and hot, wine list is extensive--we love it. And it is getting harder and harder to get a reservation there--all of Boston has found it now. On the harbor but no harbor view unfortunately!
