I have been a Sullivan's customer since 2002. The management team and music has changed for the worse and last night I witnessed management being extremely rude to two ladies who were confused about the happy hour menu.
I was in complete shock at how the manager not only ignored the customers complaint but also how he walked off from them while they were explaining what their issue was. Sullivan's has lost me as a customer.
Great jazz - most of the time. Menu is trying to stay up with the times - and for a steakhouse does pretty well.
I eart in the bar. Its quieter than the dining room
Kind of dark and very retro looking. Good food but nothing really imaginative.
