Great lunches in the rough, fresh, tasty ingredients.
Very high cost for a downtown lunch, but low-cost for a Faneuil Hall lunch. Go figure. The food is great. The Sultan himself is a crabby, crabby guy, so don;t expect a smile unless you go late and the counter guys take your order. They are very nice.
Service is inadvertently miserable--no malice, and they will work to rectify problems but warm beer? no bread? long waits in an empty room? That said, the food is very good.
If it weren't for the fact that I am Armenian and I am not supposed to support a Turkish restaurant-I have to tell the food is damn good.
A great place for lunch - only a few steps away from Quincy Market and much better than anything there.
