This place is very good, so forgive my confusion. The atmosphere is a bit perplexing. The beers on tap selection is outstanding - good lagers and microbrews. Not the usual you would pair with casual Mexican food. Luckily, I love both of these things, so I love it! I still may scratch my head over the general concept - but what Sunset does, it does right.

Good, reliable mexican food. A bit of a walk to Fenway but not a bad spot to wait out a rain delay.

fun place for drinks and snacks. Nachos are excellent and portions ample.

Sunset Cantina has amazing food. They have huge portions and a wide selection that'll please even a picky eater. Their beer and liquor selection is huge and the service is pretty good. I'd recommend Sunset Cantina to college kids, but also for a date! It's fun & is a good mix of a restaurant/bar.
