Outstanding restaurant. The quality of the food is equal to the best I had in Japan. The sushi and sashimi are excellent. The chefs are very imaginative in creating unusually subtle and savory rolls. The artful presentation enhances the dining experience. The chefs also are sensitive to the customers' preferences. While sitting at the sushi bar, we will be presented with unique dishes based on our discussion with the chef.

The Sushi is one of the best in NJ. Food is VERY inventive and really fresh.
