  • Loved the sushi! I tried the ebi, tako, california roll, and rainbow roll. When I walked in at about 6:30 on a Tuesday, the restaurant had several tables occupied, but by the time I had some green tea and ordered, the place was 90% full. All of the sushi was excellent and very fresh and expertly prepared.

    I had a very good time in San Francisco.
    I stayed in Golden Gate Hotel on Bush Street close to Powell Street. There happened to be a nice Japanese sushi -restaurant on the same Bush Sreet just a few doors from the hotel toward Powell Street.
    It seemed to be the best restaurant in SF as long as I knew, since the owner-chef was a Japanese sushi master. It was a real Japanese restaurant.
    The restaurant is called "Sushi Man".,
    I recommend you to go there when you visit to SF. The price may be a little high,
    but affordable.
