Co-owners John Seymour and Sam Saleh have opened this down-home Williamsburg eatery dedicated to superlative chicken and waffles and other comfort food staples; the smallish space sports wood-paneled walls, Edison bulb lighting and refurbished wainscoting, making for a cozy yet distinctively Brooklyn atmosphere (note the Biggie quote behind the bar) befitting of drinks with names like ‘Tiger Woods Ya'll’ and ‘Purple Drank.'
