OK, the room is pleasantly casual for a resort dining room, but please...shorts should be disallowed for dining guests, even in summer. Service was excellent, fantastic wine list. Oh yeah...the food...in a word: "Boring." Dishes that read as exciting on the menu simply failed in execution when they were plated. There is nothing that T. Cook's has to offer that can't be had in other pricey venues in Phoenix and elsewhere. Disappointing overall, except for the wine.
