Service was good but food was disappointing for an Emeril's. Nearly every dish was not seasoned properly.

DISAPPOINTING! Stopped while walking in the Palazzo-would only give us a reservation 30 min later than we wanted but told us to come earlier and they would seat us. HUH? Service was less than stellar--couldn't stop pushing drinks on us, but never seemed to bring the food when they should. Soup & mussels were cold, meals were cold from sitting in the kitchen while the servers stood around. The food could have been great if it was served hot.

Slightly stuffy for an EL place. The food is up to the standard that you would expect but the decor and serivce stiffness makes it hard to feel comfortable with the menu. Would benefit from downscaling decor, service and prices.

fantastic surprise in this Emeril Lagasse restaurant. Ate at the bar on two ocassions. Had shrimp cocktail with the best cocktail sauce I ever had. they put some atomic horseradish in it. Fantastic grilled salmon. Second day beef carpaccio at its best and mushroom asparragus veal specialty, all with nice large glasses of wine. impeccable service.
