Since living in Dallas from 1989 to1994 (while working on the SSC Project), Tachito's has been my favorite Mexican restaurant in the entire country! We used to eat here twice a week for those 5 years and I never had anything but excellent food and superb service. My only disappointment was when they would occasionally run out of Flan! A bit off the beaten path bu well worth the effort.
