Awesome place! Loved the bold flavors and fresh ingredients. The cooking is so innovative and fun. Dale has a hit on his hands for sure. Service was super friendly and helpful. We arrived early so there was no wait. Definitely a must visit place in Brooklyn.

Went with friends during the week; no wait. Food was excellent, service thorough and fun, and the decor was interesting. Menu is inspired with something for most preferences. Very much worth the effort even if crowded. You won't be disappointed.

Dale is our favorite Top Chef contestant of all time. He was as grumpy looking as he was on the show, God bless him. The mini bun sandwiches, dumplings, fried chicken, and short ribs are highly recommended. Impressive beer selection. Skip the perilla leaf; it was like a quickfire challenge that didn't work. Pad thai was a little disappointing. Service was excellent.
