"Pretty good cheap Asian eats in Chinatown. Open super late on weekends, this place always packs a crowd. Nothing too fancy on the menu here.. standard staples of chinese and vietnamese fare. Cash only joint!"

if you order the right things the food is excellent. typical china town menu (exhaustive), ambience (huge dining hall), service (what service?). what's good is great but what's not is bad.
