I made a reservation a week in advance along with other events we wanted to do. I received a confirmation call on Friday morning stating that my reservation would be cancelled if we arrived late. We arrived on time and was told that it was a 10min wait. An hour later, we still hadn't been seated. When we asked all they said is to be patient, while at the same time they were receiving non reservations. So why bother with reservation? We left.

My first experience with TAO was pleasurable. Food was tasty and good. Quite noisy as it a happening place to be. If you want quite, stay away.

The place is awesome itself. Food is also really good but you definitely go there for a combination of both. It was too noisy though.

Came in a group of five to try their restuarant week menu. Everything was top notch! From food, service, ambiance... Highly recommend this place to impress your guests!

Before I start, the huge statue is amazing with the pond fish at it's base. This is absolutely a really nice place to go with friends. The food is the same as the decor, always up to par. I have never had a bad meal at TAO. I would highly recommend coming here if you haven't tried it yet.

Food pretty decent - if you have a good enough memory to remember what you ordered by the time it arrives - terrible kitchen service. Wait staff OK and serious but this meal took longer than one at Per Se
