I owed and operated a Mexican Restuarant for many years and I am always looking for the quality that made my restuarant such a success. Excellent quality, quick service, great wait staff, awesome specials and consistancy describes what I expect to get when I delve into mexican cuisine. Taqueria you are MUCHO JOTO!

Considering I always see the line coming out of the door at dinner time I thought the tacos would be a tad bit more impressive. Of course, they are still tasty and a taco is a taco, but I didn't really see what makes it so different compared to every other taco place. These days it'll take more than using BBQ sauce and calling it a Tenneesee taco to stand out.
