The food was exceptional--beyond delicious and very unique flavors. The service was very, very slow even though when we arrived the place was nearly empty. The waiter offered a side dish of veggies which was nice. the Indian beer was excellent. The decor is nice but geting a little worn with broken dishes and wobbly tables with paper under the legs.
We recommended it to a couple looking at the menu on the street when we left. We will return.Published August 27, 2012 -
Really excellent Indian food. Beats Coromandel, Taste of India in Port Chester and several other now defunct Indian restaurants in Greenwich and Stamford. Glad we discovered it. We'll be returning often!

I am impressed , excellent selection of Indian regional cuisine , extremely flavorful and authentic style of cooking , interesting and most affordable wine list I must say ,
