We made reservations beforehand and were seated immediately upon arriving. The salad bar does not disappoint--a variety of cheeses, vegetables, soups, breads and various sweet and savory delicacies could keep you occupied for your entire visit (and indeed, some opt to go that route). When you're ready to move to the meat, you are offered slices and chunks from skewer after skewer, with enough variety to suit anyone's taste. Recommended!
