The food and service are fine, but unfortunately I am concerned about kitchen cleanliness. Once, and I could have forgiven and forgotten, but on two consecutive visits, there were things in my food that didn't belong there, a large insect the first time, then a piece of cardboard the next time. I hate to trash their reputation, but this can only be explained by a lack of management oversight in the kitchen.
