I'm not a regular reviewer by any means, but after seeing the food score of 26 I had to say something. I've only been living in the area for about a year, but what I've experienced is closer to about a 15-16.
The food is served quickly, but that's because all of the meat is reheated, not cooked freshly. The sauces are fine, but no better than any other cheap Thai restaurant. It's perfectly tasty, but in the same way cheap Chinese is.
Well prepared, nicely presented mainly Northern Thai food in an intimately small side-street restaurant that deservedly is often full. The staff are helpful, if at times rushed. the range of offerings is exceptional, including desserts, drinks, and wines unusual for a small Thai restaurant. Spice levels are just as requested; the kitchen does not seem to want to punish those who ask for "Thai heat" as some places do.
fabulous Thai - our fav spot before going to see the Red Sox. Spicy and delicious dishes across the menu.
The prices are reasonable for lunch, but for dinner, they go up steeply. Portions are on the small-side. Food is as good or better than that of Brown Sugar. Once saw the employees bring in KFC buckets for themselves.
great price for good food
