Our Summary Review
"Great food mixed with a great cause" describes Jim Noble's Uptown non-profit serving up "bargain" Southern "home cooking" to its patrons while using the profits to help feed the hungry; it also tries to hire the chronically underemployed for its staff, like the "fast", "friendly" crew that patrols the "cool" but "casual" setting", which helps to make this a "favorite" feel-good spot that "doesn't feel preachy"; P.S. there's an on-site bakery.
