Great place to share meals. I have been many times, and even though the main courses look great, I always end up sharing a bunch of appetizers. Well done Mexican food than goes past the stereotypical Mexican restaurant
Went there on a saturday night for dinner with a friend. Nice lemon drop martinis, and a wide selection of unusual tapas with a latin/mexican flair to them. The fish tacos were OK, for me the highlights were the grilled octopus and the brussel sprouts. Would return just for those two dishes.
Great food, tapas style American/Mexican. Went with Sarah, we had good tacos and a bunch of small courses. Chorizo risotto, tuna tartar, lobster avocado tacos, and fried shrimp toasts were great!
Tico offers a robust list of creative and delicious tapas. Schlow has crafted some unique ingredient pairings and flavors that raise the bar on the Boston tapas scene. Warm, comfortable room, great service, great cocktails. As long as i can keep getting a table, i'll be happy.
My husband and I loved this restaurant! The food was really inventive and fresh. The lobster tacos and seared Tuna were outstanding. The mushroom and cheese quesadilla with black truffle salsa was heavenly. I highly recommend this restaurant for the food and for the scene. We will definitely be coming back!
