This is my current favorite restaurant in Seattle. The menu is seasonally inspired and consists of locally grown, organic food. The portions are small and the dining experience reminiscent of meals savored in Provence. The presentation and service are excellent! The ambiance is comfortable and quaint, and the only criticism is that the acoustics are such that it tends to be very noisy and difficult to hear your table mates at peak hours.

This is a must for anyone visiting or living in Seattle. Food prepared with heart and soul. You feel and taste the love put into each course on the tasting menus. Great atmosphere in refurbished house that serves as the restaurant. Spot on service from knowledgable staff. Would highly recommend.

Tilth has the best food in Seattle (IMHO). The service is also the best in the city. The food surpasses expectations, both in originality and in flavor. The service is thoughtful and attentive without being intrusive. This duo is perfect. It would be a trifecta, except that the location in an old house isn't as great as the rest of the experience. I still think it's better than the rest.

Memorable and thoroughly enjoyable. Wonderful service and a good value. Approaches a one star Michelin level. I would definitely return. That said, I believe that a 28 rating is a bit high.

Homey atmosphere, locally sourced food with unusual combinations of ingredients. Never had bacon flavored ice cream before!!

Wonderful Local Organic products transformed into a succulent meal with a great price. The old House setting with many rooms makes the atmosphere very welcoming and cozy.
