We were seated, given menus and water and then ignored. We walked out after the hostess seemed confused as to why we would need to see a server.
Been to other Todd English establishments and had excellent service and great food. May have been an off day but not to have an apology from the hostess is unforgivable. Word of advice, servers can't see if anyone is seating in far banquettes...sit at a 2 or 4 top and maybe someone will see you.
As is even truer with other larger Todd English establishments, there are multiple restaurants supervised from the open kitchen by the same chef but without physical separation of conversation and sightlines. There is a modest priced, modestly prepared buffet whose denizens can rarely be seen conversing with table-mates and an upscale Italian and Greek fine dining restaurant with fairly sophisticated clientele, often both adjoining your table.
When dining on a Sunday afternoon you'll be relegated to the bar area. If you enjoy dining enveloped in cigar & cigarette smoke this is the place for you
We had breakfast at Tuscany. Wonderful location - we were seated right through the waterfalls. The tuscan benedict was so flavorful - lobster hollandaise was ridiculously delicious! Would love to go back for dinner.
