The Bountiful Beef Ribs are hearty ribs with a rich beef flavor and glazed with your choice of sauce and two sides. We chose the Blue Ridge Smokies sauce with garlic seared green beans and fries. The Blue Ridge Smokies sauce was the perfect sauce for the beef ribs. It added a bold smoky flavor which sublimely complimented the beef flavor. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender. The skin-on fries were fried to a crispy golden brown.
