Been here for brunch a few times and was always awesome. Would like to try this place for dinner sometime.

Time heals all, except poor service. Unless Toulouse Cafe has hired new staff you can expect poor service. Yes, even after sending the review to management, they refuse to comment. Roll the dice and good luck, maybe you will visit them on a day when they're not busy. Oh, wait....there were only 2 other tables occupied that day!

Had a meal here in March and was impressed. Ate there last night - couldn't be more disappointed. Watery onion soup, filet au poivre was okay but portion was tiny - two small slices of filet with pomme frites for $28. Gotta say that the falloff in quality doesn't merit a return. Too bad because I love bistro food and the decor is pleasant with some outdoor seating. Wonder if the B team was on last night - maybe the A team was at the Rangers game.

Only thing I like here is the pommes frites and the little filet. Tried several things but just not great.
