Meat is delicious, salad bar is fresh and loved the papaya cream for dessert!
Came here with a large group for a wedding rehearsal. I was very impressed on how they handled us, everything went very smooth, there was no time spent waiting for food (salad bar is self serve and the meat does not stop when your card is on green). My favorites were the house special, baby beef with garlic and the lamb all cooked perfectly. Wonderful experience!
I like to analyze my preferred restaurants by looking at their wine list. I was told by a friend that Tradicao has a fairly large wine cellar with around 6000 bottles. That caught my curiosity and decided on a visit. I walked in into the bar area during Happy Hour on a weekday. Ordered a Caipirinha and asked for their wine/ bar menu. Their wine list is not as complete as their predecessor Pappas Grill but it was nonetheless impressive. Recommend.
I went to Tradicao Brazilian Steakhouse this past weekend with my cousin who had been there before and like me is a STEAK lover. We ordered an excellent Argentinian wine for about forty dollars that was recommended by the Maitre D. It set the tone for a wonderful evening. We went to the salad bar and enjoyed the variety of items and then started a night of steak sampling. They brought to our table sizzling pieces of filet mignon, top sirloin, baby beef, baby back ribs, beef ribs, lamb, chicken, pork, shrimp non stop for the full two hours we were there. I think the secret is to only ask for a small amount, savor it while it is hot and then wait a few seconds until they bring you more. I like my Steak sizzling hot or for that matter my chicken, pork, etc. I think I found the place I envisioned in my mind where I can spend a whole night and the food is continuously sizzling all the time. My cousin and I thought that the taste of the meat was incredible. The overall experience prompted me
