They brought us the delicious "Cheese bread", we helped ourselves to the salad bar, several sides were brought to the table. When we turned our coasters to "Green", immediately the gauchos started serving their specialty. Most of the meat was tender and juicy, I specially liked the house special sirloin, baby beef, lamb chops, shrimp and surprise in a steakhouse, they also had Grilled Salmon. We ordered some argentinian Merlot to go with meal.
I like to analyze my preferred restaurants by looking at their wine list. I was told by a friend that Tradicao has a fairly large wine cellar with around 6000 bottles. That caught my curiosity and decided on a visit. I walked in into the bar area during Happy Hour on a weekday. Ordered a Caipirinha and asked for their wine/ bar menu. Their wine list is not as complete as their predecessor Pappas Grill but it was nonetheless impressive. Recommend.
I went to Tradicao Brazilian Steakhouse this past weekend with my cousin. He had been there before and like me is a STEAK lover. We ordered an excellent Argentinian wine for about forty dollars that was recommended by the Maitre D. It set the tone for a wonderful evening. Above average salad bar, very good meats, desserts and service. We will return.
