I had higher expectations of this place given the buzz and reputation. The server seemed distracted not very attentive, food was good but at these prices I expected more - flavor, style, depth, something. Took forever to get our desert order and then check! Completely blew being able to use the validated parking. Not worth it, given all the other options in the neighborhood.

WOW. Fantastic calamari. Lobster fra diavalo amzing. Steak cooked to perfection and served with a delicious "bernaise" sauce. Service excellent, friendly.. Must go.

Pretty nice place. OK service and setting. Had the special Gnocchi with lobster, bacon and cream sauce. Killer in more ways than one

Tresca managed my dinner of 21 executives perfectly. Planning this high stress dinner was easy. Everyone had a great time, service staff was very attentive and the food was great. Portions are good, food is delicious, staff was attentive, location is great. What more could you ask for? If you need to bring a large group to the north end, Tresca is your spot!

Very good food but expensive (about $130 w/o tip for 2 people w/2 glasses of wine & no dessert); ala carte. I enjoyed my meal but I'm undecided about a return based solely on price. There are so many more reasonably priced alternatives in the North End.

Upscale wine bar. I would like to sit in the special table by the window sometime.
