  • MY FIRST TIME AND MY LAST TIME THERE? THE FOOD WAS NASTY, ORDERED A NUMBER SEVEN AND THE BONES LOOKED LIKE CHOPPED UP GROUND UP DOG BONES?   • This is serious, serious barbecue. Uncle John is a bonafide pitmaster. The ribs are a must. Don't miss the hot links either. BBQ is served over fries and white bread. It's real cheap. Bring cash.

  • South side institution. If you want 'Southside Chicago BBQ' this is the place to be. The ribtips and hot links are tasty. If you don't mind venturing into the south side definitely make a pit stop.

  • OH MY GOSH, I can still smell the smoke! I watched the Sky Full of Bacon video and made a dash for this unique place...the rosemary/smoke-full sausage, smokey ribs, and bbq sauce dipped chicken still have me drooling...you'll need lots of napkins and lots of stomach space, and a car to get there, but it's well worth the trek!!! mmmmm, smoke!!!
