Very creative combination of sushi, robata, and fusion entrees. Escolar with miso butter is a must try! Sushi rolls wrapped in collards with black rice healthy twist for those watching calories.

An extensive selection of sake and very knowledgeable and friendly bar staff; some interesting combination of flavors; individual portion size shabu shabu is excellent

Not your everyday maki rolls at Union. Clever ingredients and combinations set the sushi apart from competition. Yakatori grill is simple, but delicious. The crab and alligator yakatori are incredible.
