The wife and I tried Valentino and while everything was okay, nothing knocked our socks off. It's a pretty restaurant, but the food reached for heights it did not quite attain. It's pricey and if you want to be seen in a pricey place you should go there.
very pretty nice people watching
Dined @ Valentino during Restaurant Weeks & were quite disappointed. As fans of the Santa Monica, CA location, we thought we'd try local branch. Regular menu is limited, and the Restaurant Weeks menu more so. Food was average, at best--Veal Scallopini was seriously over-salted, Proscuitto & Parmesan starter meager, and the Creme Brulee flavorless save chocolate @ bottom. Beautiful Dining Room & attentive service, but will not return.
