Valentino's was a huge disappointment. We have eaten in the Valentino's in Santa Monica & Las Vegas several years ago; but this LV visit 3 weeks ago was a disaster. We and our business guests all thought the food was awful. We are from NY and Toronto; and to be subject to a meal like this anywhere was appalling. My scallops were unrecognizable and tasted like bologna. Shame on the owner and the chef!
This is an overrated excuse for a gourmet restaurant. You can get better Italian food at any local place in New York, Boston or Philly for 1/5 the price. Cold, overcooked lamb and steaks, overdressed salads, stale bread and indifferent service go with the drab atmosphere. A complete waste of money.
Not worth the money.
couldn't be better!
I ate lunch at the grill. The ministrone was hot and delicious with a very tasty broth. The gnochi was very light but good.
