Past trips to Venezia have been quite nice, but my latest was hit/miss. The main course was mediocre (one dish was undercooked) and delivery was excessively slow, as the kitchen lost our order. Waitstaff service, however, was superb. They ensured this snafu was generously remedied with friendly aplomb. And dessert was such sweet sublimity, any bitterness from past blunders was all but erased. In sum, Venezia's a gamble, but one with decent odds.

the kids' portions are ridiculously small, but the food is good. we have to order another dish for my 8 year old child.

The thing thing that keeps me coming back more than the food is the service! Beyond attentive, patient and helpful. Which works best for me since I can never decide on what I want to eat! OH! And I tried their homemade cannoli at an event at the Kaiser Rooftop Garden. One word...STUPENDOUS!
