Well located for a post–High Line snack, this jewel-toned West Chelsea tapas bar boasts a stained-glass bar, glowing lanterns and low velvet couches that set the mood for its sangria pitchers and "pricey" menu of Spanish bites; but occasional flamenco dancing and "awesome music" from weekend DJs are meant more for after dark than after park.
