Hostess was very friendly. The service was mediocre at best. The wine list was poor and the house wine tasted like it came out of a box. The calamari appetizer was previously frozen tasting. The mussels appetizer was obviously ROTTEN, should have been thrown out! The chicken Marsala dinner tasted like nothing more than burnt wine and was not served with any pasta dish. The gnocci was ok. The cheese cake was horrible!GOT FOOD POIOSIONING SYMPTOMS!
The best Italian food in town. Great ambiance and super high class service.
Big budget decor (nightclub gaudy) and mediocre eats. Service is good but far from refined. Portions are generous but lack tlc. My shrimp had that ammonia taste that comes the day before it's rotten. My prediction....new mgmt 1 yr.
one of the best places that serve gnocci, their bronzino fish on top of spinach is very good...their carbonara is also a very good dish...these are our favorites
4 pieces of good news: the tenderest gnocchi & cannoli, actually fine grappa, & splendid decor. More bad news, tho: bad wine-list advice; antipasto for 2 comprised 3 pieces of each item - let's arm-wrestle for that last piece; mediocre main dishes; a hostess who offers the worst table first, before seating you where you'd prefer. There're too many great-in-all-ways places, at this price, to eat at, before coming here, again.
