Borscht, pierogi and other "hearty" Ukrainian "staples" draw everyone from "families" to the "post-party crowd" to these East Villagers appreciated for their "late-night" hours (no wonder the "staff is overworked"); there's "no decor" at the 24/7 Second Avenue original, but the new Bowery outpost has a bit of "modern" polish – happily, prices are "cheap" at both.
