Went here with a friend for a celebration early on a Wednesday. They had literally just opened for the day. We sat at the bar and were the first ones there. The bartender was happy to get our drinks and said the kitchen had just opened so the food would be a few minutes which was fine since we had just opened the menus. Food came out nicely prepared and tasty. The name of course implies an incredible view which it lived up to even on a winter day
Went for an anniversary dinner with my wife. Food and decor was nice. The waitress had no business waiting tables for a living. I think your experience may be hit or miss depending on what server you get.
I can not believe the decent rating in the guide. The food was poorly made, presented in a disgusting manner by servers who were not only slow, but had no idea as to what their duties were.
Order taking was a joke, nominal requests went unheeded, not one person checked back after the food was served, which was some half hour after the order was taken.
In short, here was a place which holds some promise but is now overpriced.
Best part about this place was it's valet. I went for Valentines day so there was a short menu that was fine most places do it. There was no one at the coat check so coats had to be placed on the chair. Service started off nice fast apps. Salad came 2 minutes later barely had time for the app asked if they could hold off and they did. Guess what same soggy now warm salads brought 10 minutes later. main course Surf and turf ordered Med Rare served
