Wasabi is gone - was just a Benihana wannabe anyway.
In it's place is Sakura Japanese Hibachi Sushi Asian Fusion Restaurant - yes that's the name. Haven't tried it so can't comment, but the name sounds like it's trying too hard.Published December 10, 2010 -
my family and I visited wasabi steakhouse in farmingdale last saturday. this is the 3 time at wasabi, we were not dissappointed.food,service were outstanding. didn't mind price of meal because this was the end of a very good day in long island. had a great time there also ,this is an experience to repeat-as often as your budget will allow ...out standing!!!!!!!!
