  • The watch Factory is the best restaurant in Cheshire. Chef Markus Patsch was the personal chef for the late Victor Borge, Austrian Country Cuisine feast on mussels in mustard cream, rainbow trout with capers and brown butter, bratwurst with white wine sauce, wiener schnitzel and sacher schnitte with raspberry sauce. I will always love Chef Markus´s cooking ..5 STARS

  • A good Austrian restaurant if you are in the area. However would not consider it a destination restaurant
