A restaurant is more than just food. This place gets an F for class. I know there were people waiting at the door to get in - poor reservation management on their part. But a classy place does NOT remove empty plates when someone is still eating, does NOT bring out entrees when some people still eating appetizer, does NOT send busboys to table 4 times when guests are eating dessert and after dinner drinks to give the hint to hurry up. Bad form.

West End Cafe is a great place for a romantic dinner, The food is very good and its hidden away in a strip mall. Definately a place for good food with someone close

Great restaurant and staff. Valerie in particular was very helpful in helping us get reservations, dinner and to the show at Westbury last night.
The Rack of Lamb is very flavorful. We added a salad as an afterthought and still got out in time to enjoy.Thanks Valerie.

Food was good..but very RUDE woman maitre'd came over before we had ordered desert and told us there were other people waiting for our table. She reminded us we had a 6PM res and at 730 we needed to out of there. Sure spoiled the evening and I would never return.

Creative menu and good. Small restaurant with tight seating. Very busy during dinners, even on weekdays. Beware of aggressive runners who take your plate whether you are finished with your meal or not! Spoiled birthday dinner and for the price they charge, you should be able to eat in peace.
