I don't see where all the hype is about this place...a nice atmosphere, but the food overall is nothing to write home about..mussels were dried out and cold and the pasta was over cooked and was ice cold as well..20 rating in food for me!

Wow! I live in NYC and was told by a friend that I had to try this place. "still have to thank him"! Great vibe as soon as you enter. Food and service best I have had in recent memory and there are plenty of great places right near my apt. But this was a step above. Can't wait to go back.

BAD Service, Very Good Food, Nice Decor. Granted, it was a busy night. But when asked "How was everything?", and you give the manager an honest review AND he replies, "Oh well, that happens sometimes." Would you want to go back? NOT I! Too many other great choices in the area.

Worth the trip. Very inventive menu in a wonderful room (Teddy Roosevelt's summer White House). Everyone treats you like a valued customer.
