Better than you'd think, worse than you'd like.

One of the best burgers in town, great breakfasts and a funky cocktail menu! I love this place! The menu isn't very big, but everything that they have is some sort of fancied up southern comfort food--mac and cheese, meatloaf, sloppy joes.... It has the feel of a vintage coffee shop complete with the dessert display case in the front.

"A throwback to the coffee shop food of my parents' generation. The salads, sandwiches, and such are all pretty good, as is the bar. Every sauce and dressing in the place, though, is too far on the sweet side."

Nice place with good to very good food. Usually not as crowded as some of the other cafes on South Congress.
