Good food by a chef who knows how to cook. Wonderful breads. Depressingly funky salad bar. "I'm in the-middle-of-nowhere" atmosphere. Average age of visitor is 83. Tues-Thurs offers specials that include an appetizer & salad bar, for about $16-18. Horribly slow service since there is usually only ONE waitress for two dining rooms. You could die waiting to get your check. Great food, weirdly run place. P.S. Your are in the middle of Nowhere.

I too was very disappointed in Borsa. It was, in the end, much like hotel food in an hotel ambiance.
If you want the Turkish meal of your life, hop in a cab and take the long ride out by the airport to Beyti, located at Orman Sok. No:8 - Florya / ?STANBUL Tel : 90 212 663 29 90. Beyti G?ler's is probably the best Turkish restaurant in the world. Gorgeous rooms, astounding food, all with Mr. G?ler still walking around at the tables.
Some told these Yutze's that NYC has music clubs that sell food. They do neither: The food is right out of the package and the music makes you want to hop the next flight out to NYC and the Apollo.

Crap. A mediocre chain restaurant shamefully trying to be a Morton's or a Ruth Chris.
